Filling & Refilling

To fill and refill the metal container:

1.) Unscrew the metal base

2.) Pop the cap off your desired paper tube flavor

3.) Insert the base of the flavor into the base of the metal container

4.) Re-screw the metal base into the container

Using

Our easy to use paper tubes are of a "push-pop" style. Simply use your finger to push up the paper disc at the base of the tube. Be sure to only push out small amounts of lip balm at a time, as the tube is really only designed for the lip balm to move in one direction.

Storing

Be sure to store you lip balm refills in a cool and dry location. The paper tubes are not waterproof or airtight, so if you are wanting to store your lip balm refills for an extended period of time, we recommend placing them in an air tight container, like a glass jar and lid or silicone bag. 

Ingredients

Quality ingredients are a priority for SuLu. All products are vegan and cruelty-free. If you would like to learn more about the ingredients used in our products, check out our ingredients page. 

Zero Waste

All SuLu products are zero waste, including the shipping package. To learn how to properly dispose of each element of your package, take a look at the sustainability page. 

Subscriptions

SuLu subscriptions will be billed and shipped every four months, based on the date of registration. For those subscribed, the subscription can be updated, changed, paused, resumed, skipped, or canceled at any time via the customer portal.

Returns & Refunds

We believe in our products and offer a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are dissatisfied or are having issues with any of your SuLu products, send us a message using the contact form, and we will do what we can to make it right.

Shipping

Upon ordering from SuLu, you will receive updates and tracking info via email and/or SMS. On hot days, we recommend retrieving your package promptly, as your lip balm will start to melt (since we don’t use stabilizers or preservatives). Read through the shipping section on our sustainability page to learn more about our shipping practices. At this time, SuLu ships only to U.S. addresses.
